We are excited to be able to provide you with high quality, compassionate care at an affordable price. Your membership with be active after 2 consecutive business days. The monthly membership fee will be drafted approximately 30 days after your enrollment date. If you enrolled on the first week of the month then your draft for $39 will come out on the first Monday on the next month and each subsequent month going forward. If you enrolled in the second week of the month then your draft with come out each month of the second Monday of the month. If you enrolled during the third week of the months then you will be drafted each month on the 3rd Monday and if you enrolled on the 4th week of the month your draft will come out each month on the Monday of the 4th week.
