Shannon Gay
Nurse Practitioner

I have been married to the love of my life for the past 28 years and have two children: Madelyn, who attends Georgia College and State University, and Chandler, who attends West Laurens Middle School. I love spending time with my family, as they are the most important people in my life. We enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it is at the beach, lake, or mountains, but most especially in the woods in one of my favorite deer stands. I am an active member of Dudley Baptist Church and serve on the student leadership team and the mission team. Our church is our second family, and I love worshipping there. Besides hunting, my hobbies include reading (no romance), watching movies (again, not a romance – I love a good action movie), shopping, and spending time with my family. My favorite football team is the Auburn Tigers (we are rare but dedicated). I always wanted to be a marine biologist, but my husband did not want to relocate to the coast. My favorite TV shows are Naked and Afraid and Master Minds, but I will readily admit that I do enjoy most of the Real Housewives franchise. Three things about me include: I do not like to cook, but I do love good food; I love to hunt; and I could stay on the beach from sunup to sundown.

Proverbs 3:5-6  Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make straight your path.
