For only $39 per month, you receive unlimited visits at all four of our clinics in Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, and Eastman. These visits cover any and all of the services listed below as needed to provide you with the best possible care. If you lack insurance or have a straight deductible plan that requires you to pay everything out of pocket until your deductible is met, this membership is an easy choice for you!

If health insurance feels out of reach or your plan carries a high deductible, the MedPlus annual membership plan is worth considering. It provides one visit within a 12-month period, covering any of the services listed below as determined appropriate by our clinical staff. For a $200 annual fee, you receive high-quality, compassionate care. If you need more than one visit in that 12-month period, each additional visit costs just $100 and also includes any needed services from the list below.
