If you find health insurance unaffordable or have an insurance plan with a large deductible, you should consider the MedPlus annual membership plan. The MedPlus annual membership plan includes one visit in a 12-month period to include any of the services listed below as deemed appropriate by our clinical staff. For a $200 annual fee you will receive high quality, compassionate care. If more than 1 visit is needed in the 12-month period, then each extra visit will be only $100 and will also include any needed services from the list below.

Corporate Entities And Employers
MedPlus offers employers a convenient installment plan when the plan is paid by the employer regardless of whether the employee is paying for part or all of the actual cost as a payroll deduction. The membership fees may be paid by the employer in 3 easy monthly installments. The installments will be $66.66 a month for 3 months. The best model is for the employer to pay half and the employee to pay half.
