Thank you for selecting MedPlus Immediate Care for your healthcare needs. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and ACH auto draft. Those paying by cash must pay the full amount in person. Debit card, credit card, and ACH auto draft users can split the cost into 3 convenient monthly installments of $66.66; a 3% convenience fee applies to all debit and credit card transactions. After you complete the questions below, we will send your enrollment agreement via DocuSign. Simply sign the agreement and provide your credit card, debit card, or bank details. Your membership start date will be the date your payment is made.
