Welcome to the Med Plus Immediate Care blog! This will be the first of many posts and we hope that you come back regularly to read up on medical topics related to urgent care, emergency care, primary care and everything in between. 
Just for a quick background, if you haven’t already made it to our main website, we are a walk-in/urgent care clinic located in Macon Georgia (with more to come). Our first clinic is in the Tobesofkee Crossing shopping center next to Publix. We offer strep, flu, and COVID19 testing. We have an on-site X-ray machine to be able to check for pneumonia and broken bones. And if you’re looking for physician/clinician guided weight loss, you’ve come to the right place.
Med Plus was started by three emergency room doctors who wanted to bring their expertise outside the four walls of the hospital. They strive for the highest quality medical care with the best patient experience (check out our google reviews).
We do all different types of health physicals such as sports physicals, DOT exams, school physicals, annual well visits etc. Additionally, we can provide workers comp related care and treatment.
